Kitchen 50k - 100k

The owners wanted a larger kitchen, plain and simple.

The dropped ceiling hid the need to relocate a poorly placed waste line and create a unique recessed ceiling detail over the new island.

An 8’-0” bump out was added to enlarge the kitchen.  With careful planning, the new roof and the existing utility room came together effortlessly.
