After a tragic family incident in the home the couple wanted a fresh start and needed a remodel.
Removing the central bearing wall opened up the family room and kitchen for a great room.
The kitchen was redesigned to take advantage of the open floor plan. Cabinetry filled the two walls while the island provided ample space for a stove and workspace.
The main bathroom for this 3 bedroom residence was formed by the combining two smaller baths.
A new wine room made use of unused garage space. This small area shows that even with space and budget constraints, luxuries still can be obtained.
