This residence was small, outdated, and needed light.

A guest suite addition to the front created a courtyard with a stone wall, iron gate, and water fountain.

The middle of the roof was removed, raising the ceiling 4’-0”.  Stairs to the lower level were relocated to define a foyer without separating spaces.

The large sliding doors open up to a stamped concrete covered patio showcasing the view of the Puget Sound.

The master bathroom has a platform for the pedestal tub, with an enclosed glass steam shower and tiled bench.

The transformation of this home became a stunning place for living and entertaining.
